What: Arriving at the research facility. A storm buffets the town outside, but the newest residents of the town are not permitted to wait it out in the facility. It's time to find shelter and get to know your fellow fictionals.

Following the arrows on the floor leads you to the lobby. Outside, the glass walls lies a broken city, overgrown and long abandoned. A rainstorm rages on.
Once all are assembled, an voice comes over the intercoms. ]
Good morning, everyone.
I know this is a bit of a shock, all things considered, but we need you to please remain calm. If you've all understood the pamphlets, it makes explaining things a little easier.
The city you're in is called Kingswater. I know it's not much right now, but that's what we need all of you for. We've tried our best to give you what we can for setting out into the city, so we've prepared a duffel bag for each of you before you leave. Each one has a week's worth of food and water inside, as well as, um...means to defend yourself. Please don't fight amongst each other using them, they were put in there for a reason and that's certainly not it.
There's houses and apartments for shelter further on in the city, and a map on your phone to help find them. I'm sorry we could bring you in under better weather conditions, but we didn't have much choice. At least you won't run into any of them yet.
